Detox Through Juicing: Strawberry Detox Smoothie

With all the rage on being healthy and food consciousness, I thought I would create a mini healthy smooth series that tastes amazing and helps detoxify the body. 

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups sliced frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 8 fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 coconut cream
  • 3/4 - 1 cup water/coconut water

NB: For a more keto/low carb friendly smoothie, substitute the mango chunks with a cantaloupe.

Instructions:

Throw in all the fruits, and coconut cream into your blender or food processor, whilst gradually adding in the water/coconut water to control the consistency of your smoothie.
Enjoy the rewards of your hard work.
