Detox Through Juicing: Turmeric Ginger Detox Smoothie

- 1 butternut squash
- 1 peeled orange
- 28.4 grams tangerine (naartjie)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 inch ginger- chopped / 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup ice
Instructions:
After all the ingredients have been prepared all that is left is to put them in the blender or food processor until their smooth and then enjoy your "hard worked" refreshing smoothie.
