Detox Through Juicing: Blackberry Kale Detox Smoothie

Oh so Berry

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup water OR coconut water
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh OR frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh OR frozen pineapple chunks
NB: Substitute the pineapple for any keto/low carb star fruit.

Instructions:

Place everything in a blender or food processor, and blend/process until everything is combined.
Enjoy the fruits of your labour 😂
